Refund/Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st of October 2024

Bit28 aims to provide a transparent and customer-friendly experience. However, due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a transaction is confirmed.

Refund Exceptions : In the event of a system error or unauthorized transaction, Bit28 will investigate the matter and, if appropriate, provide a refund or credit to the affected user. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction in question.
Cancellation of Services : Users may cancel recurring services, such as subscriptions or auto-invest plans, through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial service periods
